S.S Single Skin Island Hood fabricated
Body construction will be 20 swg, 304 Grade Stainless Steel seamless welded and will be box type in front, rear, and sides raised up and turned at 90 degree. It will have a grease gutter 50 mm wide running around the perimeter for oil collection, as well as an easily removable grease tray. The filters are entirely made of 304 SS 20 swg welded construction. The 500 x 500 x 50 mm filters will be installed along the length of the hood, with gaps between the filters closed. The filters will be simple to remove and clean. Appropriate numbers of flushed incandescent lights with heat toughened glass and LED lights, with wiring in heat proof conduits.
